Abstract
Resilienza, Ottimismo, Determinazione e Autoefficacia sono, con l’Intelligenza emotiva, i costrutti alla base di esperienze assai significative nel panorama internazionale per lo sviluppo personale, organizzativo e sociale: descriviamo un percorso di formazione online per gli studenti universitari basato sui contributi teorici della Psicologia positiva e del Positive Organizational Behavior e mirato allo sviluppo di competenze trasversali fondamentali per l’inserimento nel mondo del lavoro.
Questa iniziativa nasce dall’analisi della richiesta di competenze trasversali per l’inserimento nel mondo lavoro in Italia, oltre che in Europa e nel mondo, e della situazione della formazione universitaria italiana in materia di soft skills.
Nasce da un’idea innovativa che coniuga i principi di instructional design la cui efficacia si basa su prove di evidenza empirica, con le migliori pratiche di training di Capitale Psicologico e con le più efficaci Positive Interventions anch’esse basate su prove di efficacia.
